This card was quite simple and quick to create.
Here are a few tips of how to recreate something similar....
1)I held the Fancy Pants diecut heart over a piece of felt, and trimmed around it, so I would have a paper heart and a felt heart of the same size.
2)I cut the stars apart from the star felt border, and glued them piece by piece around the sides of the card.
3)I cut 2 pieces of patterned paper into the same size lengthwise, but tore the top edge of one.
4) I adhered a pop dot underneath the title to make it more noticeable on the card.
5)I set the flower eyelet through the paper tag shape and hot glued the whole piece to the felt heart.
